In Healthy Kids Story Times', we'll various forms of movement; including cardio drumming with pool noodles and yoga, breathing and stillness for all ages!
My family and I love reading together, discovering new thoughts and dreams. So of course, I wanted to share with all of you. The books are infinite and we'll explore one (or two) in every story time.
Children love helping in the kitchen! Getting their hands messy and creating something yummy to eat. In this portion of story time, families will join in for an interactive time of making no-cook, kid-approved recipes. Anyone say Apple Slice Donuts and Rainbow Kabobs?!!
At the conclusion of story time, we'll learn some yoga postures and breathing techniques to show children how to fortify their inner calmness and peace!
