Saturday Walking Group: Everyone is welcome to join us at a local park (Brevard Count, FL) to walk together as a group. We'll warm-up and stretch, walk for a predetermined time and/or distance then cool-down. This is a very popular group as it helps people gain accountability, community and improve their health and wellness!
