Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6-7PM: Yoga in the Park at the West Melbourne Community Park (3000 Minton Rd. 32904). Chair Yogis are Welcome! Class Meets at the Outdoor Amphitheater. A yoga mat is required for class, block and straps are optional.
Tuesdays and Thursdays at 7:15-8PM: Cardio Drumming at the West Melbourne Community Park (3000 Minton Rd. 32904). Class Meets at the Outdoor Amphitheater. All equipment provided for this upbeat, fun cardio workout. Chair Drummers are Welcome, too!
